ARUTALA Arabica Gayo Wine coffee is a type of coffee that comes from the post-harvest
process which is processed through a fermentation process so as to produce a unique taste
resembling the aroma of wine. Therefore, wine coffee or coffee wine is also often called
fermented coffee.

This method of processing coffee wine is quite different from other coffees. Arutala Arabica
Gayo Wine coffee processing starts from picking ripe coffee beans, then processed through
one of the post-harvest processing methods, In this case, our wine coffee will go through a
fermentation process with the dry process / natural process, which is the direct drying process
of whole coffee beans along with the coffee fruit and skin to dry out naturally in the sun.

This process does require a longer time than other coffee processing, which is 30 days during
those periods the wine coffee will go through the process of cupping and drying until
repeatedly so as to create a strong taste and aroma of wine.
